I’ve been active my whole life! In high school, I competed in track and field for five years until a knee injury brought that chapter to a close. But anyone who knows me knows I can’t sit still lol, so I started going to the gym right after. At first, it was because I didn’t like how I looked. But when I realized I could train without knee pain… well, eight years later—here we are!
My fitness journey started from a place of deep insecurity about my body. Over time, lifting weights became a hobby, and eventually, I got into competitive bodybuilding. When the time was right, I turned my passion for fitness into a career!

I train people because I genuinely love helping others. I'm very passionate about self-development and I am a true believer that the mind, body, and soul are all essential parts of well-being. That’s why I lean toward a holistic approach to fitness. I'm constantly striving to grow and improve—and I have a blast doing it! My hope is to inspire others to join me on that journey, so we can become better together… It’s more fun that way ;)
I’ve tried and failed many times in my fitness journey, but I’ve come to understand that, that is what life is all about! Falls only make us stronger. We may never fully get rid of the fear of falling…but we sure can work on becoming our best selves so that one day, we turn that FEAR into DRIVE and. Drive to grow into stronger, more confident versions of who we are meant to be! And as result…THRIVE in our lives 👊😼.
